Refurbished machines are different. Each machine has passed a detailed inspection and hundreds of tests, to meet the same standards as a new machine. Thankfully all our Refurbished models are in Excellent Condition received as "Never Personally Used Open Box models" meaning they were never used by final customer typically an overstock or delayed shipment, which means that when the Manufacturer says they're 'like new', they mean it. 

 

Refurbished products do not come with manufacturers warranty, Our primary focus is to save you money. We do this by selling merchandise that the manufacturer can not sell through regular retail channels. They reduce the cost to us so we can guarantee you the lowest price. Since the product is often sold at or below cost, these products do not come with Manufacturers warranty

 

We guarantee that all of our products are working. However should a product be defective when received we provide Hassle-free replacements within 30 days of purchase for all defective models not meeting manufacturer standards.

Full refunds are processed for orders within 30 days for products which are unopened and unused products, returned in original packaging/condition.

On occasion, a defective unit will need to remain at the store for testing surpassing the 2 day return processing time.​
